Cancellation Policy
Please confirm your appointment 72-48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you do not confirm, your appointment may be made available for others and could be canceled.
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48-24 hours before your appointment begins. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled service, which applies to last-minute cancellations as well. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount (100%) for the service. You are allowed to reschedule or transfer your deposit once; however, any subsequent appointments will require a new deposit.
